Setting a Timer on a GPSMAP 66 Series or Montana 700 Series

Timers can be set using the Alarm Clock function on the GPSMAP 66/67 Series or Montana 700 Series. Once the timer reaches zero, the handheld will emit an audible tone. You can also set "Alarm Timer" as one of the data fields on the handheld. For steps on customizing data fields, refer to your owner's manual.

Setting a Timer on a GPSMAP 66/67 Series

1. Press Menu twice to access the Main Menu
2. Select Alarm Clock
3. Press Menu
4. Select Timer
5. Enter the desired timer
6. Select Start Timer

Setting a Timer on a Montana 700 Series
