This profile includes several HIIT timer options. You can choose from:
As Many Rounds As Possible (AMRAP): set a time goal and complete as many rounds as possible
Every Minute On the Minute (EMOM): complete a move every minute for a set number of rounds
Tabata: 20-second intervals at maximum effort with 10 seconds of rest. Typically, a round is 4 minutes with 8 moves per round, but the number of rounds and moves can be customized on the watch
Custom: create a custom timer on the watch by setting
