HIIT Activity profile on the vívoactive and Venu series

The following watches offer a High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) activity profile:

  • Venu® 2 | Venu® 2S

  • Venu® 2 Plus

  • Venu® 3 | Venu® 3S

  • vívoactive® 5

  • vívoactive® 6

This profile includes several HIIT timer options. You can choose from:

  • As Many Rounds As Possible (AMRAP): set a time goal and complete as many rounds as possible

  • Every Minute On the Minute (EMOM): complete a move every minute for a set number of rounds

  • Tabata: 20-second intervals at maximum effort with 10 seconds of rest. Typically, a round is 4 minutes with 8 moves per round, but the number of rounds and moves can be customized on the watch

  • Custom: create a custom timer on the watch by setting

    • Interval Time

    • Rest Time

    • Total moves per round

    • Total number of rounds
