The Button on My Rey/Captain Marvel Watch is Unresponsive
If the button on your Legacy Hero Captain Marvel watch or your Legacy Saga Rey™ watch is unresponsive, try the following steps.
Fill a small bowl with lukewarm fresh water.
Place the watch in the bowl and allow to soak for 10 minutes.
Remove the watch from the bowl and rinse thoroughly under a low-pressure faucet.
Shake the excess water from the watch and allow it to air dry completely.
If you continue to have issues after these steps, you will need to submit a request for an exchange to have it replaced.
