Sending App Logs from the Garmin Messenger App to Product Support

In some situations, Garmin Product Support may ask for diagnostic data from the Garmin Messenger™ app to investigate an issue. When logs are requested, Product Support will send you an email.

Gathering App Logs

  1. Open the Garmin Messenger app.

  2. Select the profile icon or Gear Symbol in the top left.

  3. Scroll to App Info and select Send Diagnostic Data.

  4. Choose your email program.

  5. Enter your email address in the To field.

  6. Select Send.

Once you have sent the logs to yourself, follow the instructions in Sending a File, Folder, Photo or Video to Garmin Product Support.
