Credit Card Failures for inReach Subscriptions

You will be notified by Garmin the first time your credit card fails by an email notification sent to the last known email address provided on your account.

A second email notification will be sent 7 days after the first notification was sent. A final notification will be sent via email notification 14 days after your first notice was sent if the credit card continues to fail.

If you do not notify Garmin that you have rectified the problem with your credit card, any device(s) or service(s) associated with the credit card will be deactivated within 30 days from the first notice.

Cancellation of a subscription plan due to a credit card failure will not relieve you of any otherwise applicable fees that may be due and may result in fees associated with late payment, activation or early termination.

IMPORTANT: Active and suspended service subscription(s) require a valid credit card on file at all times. Cancellation of service will remove the ability to use SOS, text messaging, or other important safety features of your device or service.
