Can the Garmin Catalyst be used for Non-Closed-Circuit Road Courses?

The Garmin Catalyst is intended for closed-circuit road courses on asphalt surfaces only.  We do not support dirt tracks, drag strips, rally courses, kart, autocross, or hill climbs.  The Create a Track feature does not support point-to-point race tracks and is designed for use in a closed-circuit environment. It is not intended for Paved Oval Tracks with the exception of an oval track being ran with an infield making it a roval or road course "like".
