T5 mini or TT15 mini Will Pair But Will Not Track

If you have a compatible T 5 mini or a TT™ 15 mini dog tracking collar that will pair to the handheld, but will not track, you should perform the following steps:

1. Ensure your handheld is on the latest software available
2. Update your mini collar to the latest software available
3. Perform a master reset of your mini collar
4. Remove, then re-pair the mini collar to your handheld
