Changing the Driver Profile Password in the Garmin eLog App on the dezl 780, dezlCam 785, dezl OTR800, or dezl OTR1000

You may receive the message "Ask the Administrator to reset your password" if you have trouble logging in to your driver profile. An administrator can edit a driver profile to reset the password.

 

To Change a Driver Profile Password:

1. Log in to an administrator account

2. Select a Driver Profile

3. Touch the 3 dots

 

4. Touch Edit Profile

 

5. Touch Reset Password

 

6. Touch Reset

 

The driver profile password will now be reset. You will be prompted to create a new password the next time you log in to the driver profile.
