My Approach S4 is in the Wrong Language
If your Approach® S4 golf watch is set to the wrong language and you need to change it, the below instructions will guide you through selecting the correct language. If the language is incorrect on your first usage of the watch, follow the steps for resetting the device.
Changing the Language
Touch Note: Swipe to unlock if needed
Touch 5 times
Touch the middle item
Touch 7 times
Touch the middle item
Touch until you see your language
Touch your language
You have now changed the language on your Approach S4 watch.
If you were unable to change the language on your watch using the steps above, select the option for Factory Reset below and follow those steps to reset your watch. You will be prompted to select a language after the reset, during initial setup.
Factory Reset
Power off watch
Press and hold Score
Press the Power button
Release all buttons when the screen displays "Clear user data?"
Select Yes
If done properly, the initial setup screen will appear shortly, and the correct language can be selected during setup.
Note: Any scorecards saved to the watch will remain on the watch after a factory reset.
