Xero A1 or Xero A1i Bow Sight is Frozen, Unresponsive or Locked Up
If the Xero® A1 or Xero® A1i bow sight becomes frozen, unresponsive or locked up you can perform a hard reset to resolve.
To hard reset the device:
- Press and hold the back key until the device turns off
Once the device has shut down use the same key to power the device on again. If you are experiencing these symptoms please review Related FAQ at the bottom of the page for information on updating the software on the device. Software updates are available for the systems to resolve these concerns.
