Manually Entering Handicap on a Golf Compatible Product

Many Garmin watches and handheld devices allow you to setup a handicap for a particular hole or by player. Before any handicap is imposed on a player or a hole, the handicap setting will need to be turned on. Different types of golf devices support different handicap entry and features.

Handicap can be entered as a Local Handicap, or Index/Slope. When using the Index/Slope method, some devices will automatically pick the slope based on the tee box and you will just have to enter your Index rating.
