Entering Your Product in Support Center
When entering your product in Support Center, you will need to enter the model of the product or the serial number.
We see you entered a form of "nüvi" to identify your product. While many Garmin automotive products are in the nüvi product line, we need to know the specific model to best assist you.
Try entering the full product name which includes the product series name and number (if applicable) such as nüvi® 2595LMT or nüvi® 50. Start typing the model name and then select it from the drop down list that populates.
You can also enter the serial number which is a combination of 8 to 9 letters or numbers, without spaces or dashes externally printed on the device.
