Barklimiter Deluxe Will Not Power on or Charge

If your BarkLimiter™ Deluxe  bark correction collar will not power on or charge, please try cleaning the two charging contacts on the side of the device using a pencil eraser.  The pins on the charging clip need to be clean and free of corrosion.   They should spring in and out freely. 

If the device is still not charging, please try using an alternate USB power source to charge the device, such as a computer.  For trouble shooting purposes use the single USB cable, not the split charging cable.
