Preloaded Workouts On a Garmin Device

Many Garmin® devices come preloaded with workouts. These workouts are basic in nature and can be deleted from the device, however they are not available to download again from your Garmin Connect™ account. 

You can create custom workouts for compatible devices using the steps in Creating a Custom Workout in Garmin Connect.
