Using Auto Rest With the Enduro 2
Auto Rest is a feature on the Enduro 2 for the Ultra Run sport profile. It allows you to record active and rest periods during an ultra run without having to perform button presses or stop the activity. These periods of activity and rest will be reflected in the summary data when viewed directly on the watch, as well as in Garmin Connect.
Setting Up Auto Rest
- Hold UP/MENU.
- Scroll to Settings.
- Select Activities & Apps.
- Select Ultra Run.
- Select Ultra Run Settings.
- Select Auto Rest/Pause.
