Existing Pivotel Customers
If you have an existing inReach account with Pivotel and need assistance with troubleshooting, subscriptions, warranty, or other services, contact Pivotel.
NOTE: The Alpha®200i, Alpha® 300i, GPSMAP® 66i, 67i, 86i, 86sci, inReach Messenger, inReach Messenger Plus, inReach Mini, inReach Mini 2, Montana® 700i, 710i, 750i, or 760i handhelds, Tread® - SxS Edition, Tread® - Overland Edition, Tread® XL - Baja Chase Edition, Tread® XL - Baja Race Edition, and Tread® XL - Overland Edition GPS navigators cannot be activated through Pivotel and will need to be activated through Garmin.
