How Do I Change the Email Address or Password on My Garmin Navionics Account?

Any of your account details can be changed at any time through your Account page at Garmin.com.

  1. Go to www.garmin.com/account
  2. Log in to the Garmin Navionics account using the current email address and password
  3. Go to the account Profile Icon icon again and select Account
  4. To edit your email address, select the Edit button under Account Details
    • Update your email and select the Save button
    • If you receive a message the email is already in use, there is already an account associated with that address
  5. To change your password, select the Update Password button under Account Details
    • Enter your current password, your new password, and confirm your new password, then select the Update button
    • If you wish to sign out of other Garmin and Navionics sites and apps, select the check box before updating

Doing this will change the email and/or password associated with your account anywhere you are logged in, be it Garmin or Navionics sites and apps.

If you have forgotten your password  you can request a temporary password to be sent to your email address.

  1. Go to www.garmin.com/account
  2. Enter the email address associated with your account
  3. Select Recover password
  4. A temporary password will be sent your email
  5. Log in using your email address and temporary password
  6. You will be prompted to select a password of your choice
  7. Enter chosen password twice
    You will have the option to check the box to log out of all sites and apps logged in under your account
  8. Tap Save

IMPORTANT: If you do not receive the email in your inbox, double check your junk/spam mail. You may also need to add alerts@account.garmin.com to your approved/safe senders list in your email service.
