Open the Garmin Connect app.
Access the menu by selecting More (bottom right).
Select Garmin Devices.
After you have selected Garmin Devices, you will see the low battery alert (if applicable) next to the name of your vivofit series watch.
When the battery power on your vivofit series watch is low, a low battery alert appears on your Garmin Connect account after you sync. You can see this low battery alert in the Garmin Connect app, Garmin Connect web, and Garmin Express. Select the option below for instructions on where to go for each of these options.
Open the Garmin Connect app.
Access the menu by selecting More (bottom right).
Select Garmin Devices.
After you have selected Garmin Devices, you will see the low battery alert (if applicable) next to the name of your vivofit series watch.
Sign in to Garmin Connect from a web browser.
Select Devices and Sync Status in the top right corner.
If you have more than one device listed, select a device.
After you have selected the vivofit series watch, you will see the low battery alert (if applicable) just below the name of the watch.
Open Garmin Express on your personal computer.
Verify your USB ANT stick is plugged in.
Select your watch.
After you have selected your vivofit series watch, you will see the low battery alert just below the indication of your last successful sync.
