nüvi® 500 series doesn't speak street names

When the nüvi® 500 series was first released, it did not have the ability to speak street names. This feature was added through a software update after the initial release. If your nüvi® 500 series device is not speaking street names, it may be due to the fact that the device was manufactured prior to this software release. It is also possible that the device simply does not have a text-to-speech voice language selected.

Be sure to review the list of additional updates and select any text-to-speech (TTS) voices that you would like.
