Verifying Maps Installed and Enabled on a Garmin DriveCam 76

If your device displays the error "No matches found" or "Cannot Find Search Results" after a map update, this may indicate that the full maps were not installed to the device. Check the device's mapping to confirm this.

To Check the Mapping:

1. Touch the settings gear icon

    

2. Touch Map Display

 

3. Arrow down and Touch myMaps

4. Touch the down arrow to display all maps

5. Listed will be the mapping that is currently loaded to your device

    • Devices loaded with North America mapping will have the map displayed as two separate entries:

      • CN North America ALL Canada and Mexico

      • CN North America ALL US

    • If there is no checkmark, touch the empty box to place one. This will enable the map. (Repeat step #4 as necessary)

Try the Following in Order if the Errors "No Matches Found" or "Cannot Find Search Results" Continue to Appear When Searching for a Destination:
