Two-Step Verification Process
To access your account, you will first need to enter your password then you will be prompted to enter a security code that will be sent to you by text or email.
Need Help?
If you need help logging in, double-check that your email address or phone number is entered properly, and remember, the code is only good for 30 minutes. You may need to check your Spam folder and can try to re-send the code if needed. If you continue to run into issues, you can contact your local Product Support office for assistance.
Managing Two-Step Verification
You can change your settings at any time by visiting the Account Management Center. If text verification is enabled it can also be removed at any time by replying STOP to the text you received or by texting STOP to 1-844-427-5050 or 1-833-578-5050.
How Do I Change the Method of Delivery for My Verification Code?
Sign into https://www.garmin.com/account/profile (you will get the code via your currently set method).
Select Update Sign-on Settings.
Enable SMS and enter phone number.
Sign out of Account Manager.
Sign in again.
Select 'Choose a different way to verify'.
Remember Me
Selecting the Remember Me box will reduce the number of logins needed as long as the same browser is being used and you have not logged out of the account.
