Receiving an HTTP 500 Error in myGarmin Device Registration
If you receive an HTTP 500 error when trying to register your Garmin device in myGarmin, please try the following:
- Verify that the personal information (name, address including the country and email address) is complete in your myGarmin account.
- You can update your personal information in your myGarmin account by selecting myAccount in the upper right corner and then select Change Address.
- You can update your personal information in your myGarmin account by selecting myAccount in the upper right corner and then select Change Address.
- Refresh or reload the browser page.
- Try a different Internet browser (e.g. Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, Safari).
- Try again at a later time.
