Using the currency converter on a nüvi® 295W

There may be times you will want to use the currency converter on your nüvi® 295W. Below are the steps on how to use the currency converter and how to update the exchange rates. 

To use the currency converter:

1. Touch Tools
2. Touch Converter
3. Touch the box with a currency listed
4. Touch the desired currency
5. Touch OK to save the change (Repeat previous steps for the second currency)
6. Touch the field below the currency you would like to convert
7. Enter the amount
8. Touch OK

The currency conversion will display automatically.

To update the exchange rates:

1. Open the Converter
2. Set the converter to the two desired currencies with the steps above
3. Touch the menu button (three lines)
4. Touch Custom
5. Enter the current exchange rate for the currencies listed
6. Touch OK

The exchange rate for the currencies selected will now be set. To reset the exchange rate, or to set the exchange rate for other currencies, repeat the above steps.
