Can I Use My Tacx Smart Trainer in a Different Country?

The power adapter for Tacx® Smart Trainers features an input range of 100-240 Volts. This means your Tacx Smart Trainer can be plugged in and used just about anywhere in the world.

NOTE: You will need to purchase the appropriate C5, C7, or C13 power cable for the country you visit. Alternatively, you can purchase a third party power adapter for traveling.

Flux Smart Trainers

For Flux Smart trainers, the C13 cable plugs directly into the trainer and the wall. Depending on which country the trainer was purchased in, the included C13 cable will have a different plug style. This C13 power cable pictured above is included with trainers purchased in North America. 

NEO and Flow Smart Trainers

C7 Power Cable with figure 8 end and two-prong end

For NEO series trainers listed above, the C7 cable plugs into the power adapter brick included with your Tacx trainer and then into a power outlet. For the Tacx Flow, the C7 cable plugs directly into the trainer and the wall. Depending on which country the trainer was purchased in, the included C7 cable will have a different plug style. This C7 power cable pictured above is included with Tacx trainers purchased in North America.

NEO 3M Smart

For the Tacx® NEO 3M Smart Trainer, the C5 cable plugs directly into the trainer and the wall. Depending on which country the trainer was purchased in, the included C5 cable will have a different plug style.
