GHS 11 Unresponsive After VHF 315 Software Update

If the GHS™ 11 handset(s) have become unresponsive after a software update, take the following steps to resolve: 

  • Power down the VHF 315 and remove all connected GHS 11

  • Power the VHF 315 back on

  • Connect a single GHS 11 and the update to it will occur automatically.  The backlight will flash as the update occurs and it will re-boot to the channel screen once completed

  • If there are additional GHS 11 to be updated, unplug the previously connected one, connect the next, then follow the previous step for each GHS 11 

Once all GHS 11 have received the update, all should be able to be connected to the VHF 315 simultaneously without issue.
