Open the Garmin Connect app.
Select More (bottom right).
Select Settings.
Select Profile & Privacy.
Select Manage Garmin Account.
Sign in if prompted.
Select Edit.
Type your new email address in the Email field.
Select Save (at the bottom of the page).

How Do I Change My Email Address Used in Garmin Connect?
Your email address can be changed from your Garmin Connect™ account. Choose your platform below to reveal instructions to update your information.
From a web browser, sign into your Garmin Connect account.
- Select Profile & Account in the top right corner:
Select Account Settings.
Select Account Information.
Select Change Email.
Sign in if prompted.
Select Edit.
Type your new email address in the Email field.
Select Save (at the bottom of the page).
I Am Seeing an Error Message When Trying to Update My Email Address
If you receive an "Email is invalid" or "Could not update your account" error when trying to save the new e-mail address, it is likely that there is another account that is already associated with the email address you are trying to use. You can resolve this type of error by deleting one of the accounts and then updating the email address on the account you choose to keep. Before deleting an account, it is important to review the following steps to avoid losing data:
Sign in to each of the accounts and review the data on both accounts to decide which one to keep.
Sign in to the account you plan to delete and export any activities you wish to keep from the account (see How Do I Export Data Out of Garmin Connect?)
Sign in to the account you plan to keep using and import the activities you exported from the other account (see How Do I Manually Upload an Activity I Recorded to Garmin Connect?)
Sign back into the account you plan to delete and proceed with deleting the account (see Deleting your Garmin Account).
Account deletions typically take about 48 hours to complete but, depending upon the number of requests being processed and the amount of data associated with your profile, may take up to 30 days. Garmin will send a notification to your primary email address when it is complete. Once the deletion is complete, you will be able to update the email address on your primary account.
