(2025) Service Bulletin 24088 Rev A: COM Transmitter

PRODUCTS AFFECTED:

GIA 64, GTR 20, GTR 200, and GTR 200B units purchased or installed since August 2024 and listed in the link below are affected.

COMPLIANCE:

MANDATORY: Compliance with this service bulletin is mandatory.

PURPOSE:

A component in the COM transmitter power supply can cause the COM transmitter to output excessive RF (radio frequency) power which can damage the COM transmitter and receiver hardware.

This service bulletin provides instructions to remove and replace any affected units. The affected unit may be repaired (if repairable) and returned at the customer’s request.

WARRANTY INFORMATION:

This Service Bulletin is warranty reimbursable with a deadline of January 31, 2026 after which this upgrade will no longer be reimbursable for labor.
