How to Schedule Workouts Using the Calendar in Garmin Connect
If you have started a workout and need to skip a step in a workout, you can skip the group and come back to it later. Not all Garmin watches support this feature.
Non-Touchscreen Devices:
NOTE: Some touchscreen devices will use these steps.
Start a Strength workout.
Press START/STOP (top right button).
Select Skip Group.
Touchscreen Devices:
With the Strength workout started, swipe through to the last data screen.
Select the 3 dots at the bottom of the screen.
Select Skip Group.
If you have skipped a workout group and want to add it back, walk through the steps below. Not all Garmin watches support this feature.
Non-Touchscreen Devices:
NOTE: Some touchscreen devices will use these steps.
Press START/STOP (top right button).
Select View Skipped.
Select a skipped group.
Select Add to Workout.
Touchscreen Devices:
With the Strength workout started, swipe through to the last data screen.
Select the 3 dots at the bottom of the screen.
Select View Skipped.
Locate the Group you want to add back.
Swipe the screen from right to left.
Select the
Plus sign.
Group Added.
The skipped group will be added as the next group in your workout. For additional information on how to use workouts with your specific watch, refer to your owner's manual.
