Replacing or Repairing a Broken Dog Tracking Collar

Before you contact Garmin Product Support it is important to locate the Serial Number of the dog device. Product Support will require a serial number to process a repair. For a demonstration and guidance on removing the collar strap to find the serial number, see the video below.
