Replacing or Repairing a Broken Dog Tracking Collar

If you have a malfunctioning Garmin Dog Device the following links will walk you through some common troubleshooting steps that can be tried before contacting Product Support:

Before you contact Garmin Product Support it is important to locate the Serial Number of the dog device.  Product Support will require a serial number to process a repair. For a demonstration and guidance on removing the collar strap to find the serial number, see the video below.


If you have tried these solutions and are still having a problem, contact Product Support and we will assist you. If a service order is issued, all return information and instructions will be given at that time. Please do not return a product without a service order.
