Check My Order Status

Garmin will email you an order confirmation after your order has been submitted. In addition, you will receive an email when your order has shipped. An additional 1-3 business day processing time can be expected between order and shipment for in stock merchandise.

If you know your order number, you can check the status on the Garmin web site.

  1. Go to https://www.garmin.com/account/orderhistory/search/
  2. Enter your order number
  3. Enter your email address
  4. Click on Continue to view your results 

Be sure to check your spam folder if you did not receive your shipment confirmation email.
