- Power off the inReach® handheld and disconnect it from any power source.
- Press and hold both the X button and the Down button of the directional pad simultaneously for 60 seconds.
- Release the X button and Down button and power the device on normally.
- Sync the inReach handheld with inReach Sync. For steps, see - Updating inReach Firmware and Syncing Account Changes with inReach Sync.
- Test the inReach handheld to confirm the issue has been resolved.
