How Can I Track My Pregnancy?
Pregnancy tracking is managed in your Garmin Connect™ account using the steps below. Some watches compatible with the Connect IQ™ store will allow you to view cycle information, symptoms, mood, etc. directly from the watch.
From a web browser sign in to Garmin Connect.
Select Health Stats from the navigation bar on the left.
Select Menstrual Cycle.
Select Get Started and follow the on-screen instructions if this is your first time setting up.
Select
in the top right corner.
Select Settings.
Change Cycle Type to Pregnant and follow the on-screen prompts.
Select Save.
How Do I Change My Pregnancy Settings?
You can change your Pregnancy Tracking settings, including your Due Date, the number of children you are expecting, your weight before pregnancy, and more in your Garmin Connect account.

Make relevant changes and select the < back arrow (top left) to save changes.

How Does the Feature Calculate My Gestational Age?
The gestational age estimates how far along you are in the pregnancy. This is based on your expected due date minus 180 days to predict your pregnancy start date.
How Do I Change My Gestational Age?
To change your gestational age, go to settings and change your Due Date. The feature will calculate your new pregnancy start date based on the due date minus 180 days.
Why Am I Getting an Error Message When Entering My Due Date?
Conflicting Dates
The due date selected overlaps with an existing pregnancy record. You may change the due date or remove the last pregnancy record from your settings.
Invalid Due Dates
If the due date you have selected conflicts with existing cycle data, you will receive an error message. You can select an available date or delete the previous menstrual cycles with conflicting dates. To delete your previous menstrual cycles, see below:
Open the Garmin Connect app.

Select Health Stats or Health & Performance.
Select Pregnancy.
Select
(top right).
Select Settings.
Change Cycle Type to one of the Menstrual Cycle Types.
Select Save.
Return to the Health Stats or Health & Performance page.
Select View Calendar.
Go to the Month/Day you are having conflicting dates for your Pregnancy Due Date.
Select Edit Period.
Select the dates you want to delete and this will remove the pink check-mark for those dates.
Select Save.
Now you can repeat steps 1-6 to return to Pregnancy mode and input the correct Due Date.

How Are My Trimesters Displayed?
Trimester 1: Starts from inception at week 0 until the end of week 13; Months: 0-3.
Trimester 2: Starts from the beginning of week 14 until the end of week 27; Months: 3-6.
Trimester 3: Starts at the beginning of week 28 until the end of week 40; Months: 6-9.
How Do I Set Up Pregnancy Reminders?
You can create customizable Pregnancy Reminders to drink water, take vitamins, log symptoms, do Kegel exercises, and more in the Garmin Connect app. These reminders are sent as notifications to your watch.
NOTE: On iOS devices, be sure to enable notifications for the Garmin Connect app in phone settings. If notifications are turned off, you will receive a "Network Connection Error" when editing and saving Pregnancy Reminders. Can I Customize the Pregnancy Weight Gain Goal?
The weekly weight gain goals are recommendations from U.S. national guidelines and are not customizable. They are based on your pre-pregnancy weight, which can be updated in your pregnancy settings.
Can I Time My Baby Movement?
Yes, you may add a start time, end time and a number of total movements for each baby movement session in your Garmin Connect account. The total duration of a baby movement session cannot be more than 10 hours.
Tracking baby movements can be recommended in the later weeks of pregnancy by health care providers, usually around week 28. According to the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG), the typical method for counting baby movements is to track the amount of time it takes you to feel 10 movements, which is often two hours or less at this stage of pregnancy.
Can I Track My Pregnancy on My Garmin Device?
The Pregnancy Tracker is available for download in the Connect IQ™ store by Garmin. This will allow you to track pregnancy on your compatible Garmin watch with a timer.
How Do I Stop Tracking My Pregnancy?
You may stop tracking your pregnancy for any of the following reasons: you had your baby, experienced a loss, or prefer not to say. Follow the steps below to stop tracking a pregnancy:
Open the Garmin Connect app.
Access the menu by selecting More (bottom right).
Select Health Stats or Health & Performance.
Select Pregnancy.
Select the pregnancy you would like to delete.
Select
(upper right).
Select Delete Pregnancy Record.
From a web browser sign in to Garmin Connect.
Select Heath Stats or Health & Performance in the menu on the left.
Select Pregnancy.

Select Stop Tracking This Pregnancy.
Can I Keep Logging Past 40 Weeks?
Garmin Pregnancy Tracking supports continued logging of symptoms until 42 weeks. After that point, it is only possible to log a pregnancy end date.
How Do I View My Previous Pregnancies?
If you are currently tracking your pregnancy and have tracked a pregnancy in the past, go to the Pregnancy feature settings and select Previous Pregnancies.
Once you completed a pregnancy, select the Pregnancy feature and it will display a list row of all your previous pregnancies.
How Do I Delete Previous Pregnancies?
Choose your platform below for the correct instructions:
Open the Garmin Connect app.
Access the menu by selecting More (bottom right).
Select Health Stats or Health & Performance.
Select Pregnancy.
Select the pregnancy you would like to delete.
Select
(upper right).
Select Delete Pregnancy Record.
From a web browser sign into Garmin Connect.
Select Profile & Account from the top right.
Select Account Settings.
Select User Settings.
Select the pregnancy you would like to delete beneath Women's Health > Previous Pregnancies.

How Do I Keep Track of My Postpartum Period Following Pregnancy Until My Period Returns?
We recommend you change your cycle type to No Period and use the feature to track symptoms or pause your menstrual cycle tracking during this time.
When your period resumes, you can change your cycle type to Regular or Irregular. You will see a gap in your report, indicating No Period in that timeframe.
Can I Get Pregnancy Tracking Reminders Sent to My Phone?
Pregnancy tracking reminders can be sent to your phone. This is a feature we offer through the Garmin Connect app that does not require you to have a Garmin device paired. If you wish to receive these reminders as a notification on your compatible phone, please see the steps below:
Open the Garmin Connect app.
Access the menu by selecting More (bottom right).
Select Settings.
Select Notifications.
Select Push Notifications.
Make sure Allow Push Notifications is enabled.
Scroll through the options until you reach Pregnancy.
Select Reminders.
Customize Message, Time, and Frequency by selecting one of the following options:
Take prenatal vitamins.
Drink more water.
Practice Kegels.
Log your symptoms for the day.
Record baby movement.
Log blood glucose.

(top right) to Add or Edit the Reminders.
How Do I Go Back to Tracking My Menstrual Cycle?
In the overflow menu of Pregnancy go to settings and Stop Tracking This Pregnancy link to end your pregnancy, then change your cycle type to Regular, Irregular or No Period.
