Steps to Manually Upload Activity Data From a Marine Handheld to a Garmin Connect™ Account
Garmin® Marine handheld devices that connect via USB in mass storage mode1 can import activities into your Garmin Connect™ account.
Manually Uploading Activities to Garmin Connect
Connect the device to a computer using a USB cable
Sign in to Garmin Connect
Select
in the top right corner of the page
Select Import Data
Select Browse
Locate and select activity file
Select Import Data
Activities uploaded will display in the Garmin Connect account.
NOTE: Garmin Connect supports the following file extensions FIT, GPX, and TCX files. The file must include time information for a GPX file to successfully upload to Garmin Connect. Suppose you are exporting activities from Strava with the intent of importing them to Garmin Connect. In that case, you will need to export the activities as single activities rather than a bulk export (see Strava Support - Exporting your Data and Bulk Export).

Click Computer
Double-click the Garmin device drive
Double-click the Garmin folder
Double-click the Activities folder
