Log into explore.garmin.com.
Select CONTACTS.
Select Add.
Enter the contacts information.
NOTE: To be valid, a contact must have the First Name, Last Name, and at least one of these fields entered: Email, inReach Addr, or Mobile Phone. Select a country code when entering a Mobile Phone number.
Select Save.
Repeat steps 3 through 5 for each contact to be added.
Select your product to confirm this information applies to you
Sequence Contains More Than One Element Error When Using inReach Sync
When syncing an inReach® device via the inReach Sync desktop app, you may encounter the following error if a contact cannot be transferred to the inReach from the associated Garmin Explore™ website account:
"Sequence Contains More Than One Element"
If this error occurs, check the contacts on your account for any of the following issues and edit or delete contacts as needed before attempting to sync again.
Fill in any missing information
Remove any duplicates
Remove any spaces
Remove any punctuation or special characters
As an alternative solution, you can also try deleting all of your contacts, then re-add them before syncing again.
Editing Contacts
Log into explore.garmin.com.
Select CONTACTS.
Under YOUR PERSONAL CONTACTS, click on the name of the contact to be edited.
Select Edit.
Update the contact information
NOTE: To be valid, a contact must have the First Name, Last Name, and at least one of these fields entered: Email, inReach Addr, or Mobile Phone. Select a country code when entering a Mobile Phone number.
Select Save.
In the Delete Contact window, select Delete.
Repeat steps 3 through 6 for each contact to be edited.
Deleting Contacts
Log into explore.garmin.com.
Select CONTACTS.
Under YOUR PERSONAL CONTACTS, click on the name of the contact to be deleted.
Select Edit.
Select Delete.
In the Delete Contact window, select Delete.
Repeat steps 3 through 6 for each contact to be deleted.
