Dive Timeline and Dive Events in the Garmin Dive App
When viewing dives in the Garmin Dive™ app, the Dive Timeline and Events show a more detailed breakdown of the information recorded during a dive.
Accessing the Dive Timeline
Open the Garmin Dive™ app.
Select You
Select Dive Logs.
Select a dive.
Select Dive Timeline.
Understanding the Dive Timeline
The Dive Timeline will show you an overview with different graphs of your entire dive. The Dive Overview graph will display changes in depth during your dive, and will overlay the Deco Ceiling data if applicable to your dive. In addition to the Dive Overview graph you will also be able to view Water Temperature, PO2, Gas Consumption, and Tank Pressure.
NOTE: Some graphs may not appear based on the type of Dive activity recorded by your Garmin® dive computer.
Accessing the Events
Open the Garmin Dive™ app.
Select You
Select Dive Logs.
Select a dive.
Select Events.
Understanding the Events
The Events will show you every event that occurred during your dive. Each event will include a symbol with a description, the depth of the event, and the time of the event. When you select an event from the list that event will be highlighted in the list and on the graph at the top of the Events screen.
NOTE: Selecting an event will make all other events grey out until the selected event has been unselected.
