Verifying Map Regions Enabled/Installed on an Automotive Device

The device will not be able to find entered locations if the proper map region is not downloaded and enabled. 

To Check the Map Region and Enable the Mapping:

1. Touch Settings

2. Touch Map Display

3. Arrow down and Touch myMaps

4. The mapping currently loaded to your device is listed. The detailed City Navigator (CN) map will show a region (see example below):

    • Ensure it covers ALL (all regions) where you are using the device.
      • Devices loaded with North America mapping will have the map displayed as two separate entries:

        • CN North America ALL Canada and Mexico

        • CN North America ALL US

    • Ensure the map(s) are check-marked. If there is no checkmark, touch the empty box to place one. This will enable the map.

 

Your device should be able to locate destinations once the map region has been verified and enabled.

Try the Following in Order if the Errors "No Matches Found" or "Cannot Find Search Results" Continue to Appear When Searching for a Destination:
