Syncing Workouts and Training Plans to the Forerunner 405/405CX/410
The Forerunner 405, 405CX, and Forerunner 410 are able to download custom workouts and Training Plans from Garmin Connect using Garmin Express. When workouts are scheduled on your Training Calendar you can send workouts to your Forerunner 400 series device.
To sync Workouts and Training Plans to your Forerunner 400 series:
Sign into Garmin Connect from a personal computer.
Create Custom Workouts or select a Training Plan.
Scheduled the workouts on the Training Calendar.
Select Calendar from the Menu pane.
Select the 3 dot icon in the upper right of the Calendar.
Select Send Workouts to Device.
Confirm the number of workouts being sent and select Send.
Select your device from the dropdown list (if multiple devices are in the account).
Select OK to acknowledge the Tool Tip for syncing workouts to a Forerunner 400 Series device.
Open Garmin Express and ensure your ANT Stick is plugged in.
Garmin Express will now sync the workouts from the Training Calendar to your Forerunner 405, 450CX, and Forerunner 410.
