My Geocache Still Is Not Appearing on the Map
If your geocache still is not visible on the map itself, it is best to ensure the zoom level set for your geocaches is not the issue. The map items do not appear when the map zoom level is off or higher than the selected level. Select your device below for the steps to check the geocache zoom level.
Checking the Geocache Zoom Level

Clearing Geocache Filters
Remove any geocache filter that could be interfering with viewing the geocache.
My Geocache Still is Not Showing
If your geocache still is not visible, you will want to delete the geocache from your device and add it back to your device.
