No limit on geocaches (outside of max number of GPX files supported and memory available)
250 routes, 250 points per route; 50 points turn-by-turn routing
250 courses, 200 course points per course
250 saved tracks

Each GPX file can contain a mixture of waypoints, geocaches, routes and tracks. If the GPX file containing a waypoint or geocache is deleted, the waypoint will no longer be available on the device.
When utilizing routes, only 50 points can be used for turn-by-turn navigation on roads or trails.
1 Archive tracks do not count against the GPX file limit; 1 archive track per GPX file.
