Changing the Fuse in the Vehicle Power Cable for a zumo 396

Garmin has changed the power cable design for the zumo 396 to no longer include a user replaceable fuse.  It now includes a re-settable fuse built into the cable's black box.  This change removed the physical reset button and now gets reset when power or the fault condition is removed.  This change was made to provide a slimmer cable an allow for easier installation.
