Organize Saved Places Into Categories on a BMW Motorrad Navigator V or VI

The BMW Motorrad Navigator V and VI allow you to organize your saved favorites into categories. Categories may not display until the device has at least 12 saved places, and will appear in alphabetical order.

Note: Categories cannot be deleted as a group, and category names cannot be changed once created.

• To delete a category, remove all locations from that particular category.
  
• To change a category name, the category must be deleted and re-created with the desired name.
  

To create categories:

1. Touch Where To?
2. Touch Saved
3. Touch a saved location
4. Touch the Info button
5. Touch the Menu button (three horizontal lines)
6. Touch Edit
7. Touch Categories
8. Enter the name of your category
   • You may also select from among the pre-created categories in the bar below Enter Category
   • To add to multiple categories, separate categories by a comma
9. Touch Done

The saved places will now be added to all the entered / selected categories.
