Several of our fitness watches communicate with the computer wirelessly through the USB ANT stick. The best way to set up an ANT compatible device to transfer to the computer is by walking through the installation and pairing steps on the Garmin Connect website.
If these steps have been taken and the watch is not being detected by Garmin Express, it may be necessary to enable pairing. Instructions on how to enable pairing can be found in the specific device owner's manual or in the FAQ article "What troubleshooting options can I try when my wireless fitness device will not upload workouts?".
Once the Garmin watch is paired with Garmin Express, it will be able to transfer activities to the Connect website.
