My Detail Views Do Not Match the Home View in the Garmin Connect App
You may notice that step count, intensity minutes, heart rate, and other data in the Garmin Connect™ app is different between the Home page view and the detailed view for the day.
Data shown from the At a Glance view can show real-time data if your watch has connection to the app and Bluetooth®. In most cases, detail pages will update based on the last time you successfully synced your Garmin® device.
Refer to your device owner's manual for steps on syncing your device. See Related Content for Bluetooth Troubleshooting.
Why Is My Training Readiness Score Not Updating on the Details Page?
Following a sync, the Training Readiness detail page (available with a compatible watch) will only update your score for the day in the scenarios below. Any other changes to your score throughout the day will only be reflected on the watch or on the Home page.
After you wake up
After a recorded activity
After your Training Readiness status changes (for example, you take a nap and your status improves from "Poor" to "Low")
When viewing previous days, you will only see the score from when you woke up that day. This allows you to view possible trends that lead to various scores.
