inReach Messages not Reaching Contacts

If you have a contact that is not receiving messages from your device, the contact may not be synced properly or the contact information may be incorrect. Contacts can be created and edited through your inReach account on the Explore Website. Once a Contact is created or edited the unit will need to be synced for new or updated information to reach the inReach unit, and ensure that the Contact will receive your messages.  

Please sync your device with a computer through the inReach Sync program.
