EasyHunt - Subscription and payment FAQ
The EasyHunt service offers two different types of subscription. ETRACK+ which refers to the subscription for EasyHunt trackers and TEAM which refers to the subscription for a hunting team.

This FAQ will go through the common questions that may appear when managing your account and subscription.

How do I sign up for TEAM subscription?
You can order the TEAM subscription through the hunting team's homepage at EasyHunt.com.
- Once you have logged in via EasyHunt.com, click on "Hunting team" in the menu on the left.
- Go to the "Account" tab.
- Under TEAM, click on "You can sign up here."
How do I sign up for an ETRACK+ subscription?
For you to be able to see your EasyHunt tracker you must have an active ETRACK+ subscription linked to your tracker.
First, add your tracker to your EasyHunt account.
- Log in to your EasyHunt account via the homepage: EasyHunt - Sign in
- Click on "Profile" in the top right corner.
- Go to the "Dog Trackers" tab.
- Click on "Add eTrack".
- Type in the name you want to give the tracker / dog and then fill in the IMEI number.
(You will find the IMEI number on the backside of the tracker or on the product box.) - Click on "Save"
You will now be able to buy a subscriptions on the newly added tracker.
Then go to "Buy" at the top of the menu bar on the website and then order an ETRACK+ subscription.
Note: It is not possible to buy an ETRACK+ subscription before you have received a tracker or before you have added it to your account. |
I want to change payment information, how do I do that?
To change your payment information, you must first cancel the current subscription you have. This will not affect the subscription period in any way, the subscription will just expire on upcoming renewal date but without automatic renewal. Follow the steps below to cancel the current subscription:
- Log in to your Easyhunt account via the homepage: EasyHunt - Sign in
- Click on "Profile" in the top right corner.
If it concerns a TEAM subscription, select the "My hunting teams" tab
If it concerns an ETRACK+ subscription, select the "Account" tab - Then click on "Cancel your subscription here"
- Then click on "Order" and sign up for a new subscription with the new information you wish to change to.
The new subscription will renew as soon as the recently terminated subscription has expired. Keep in mind that if there are more than 6 months left on the subscription, it will not be possible to sign up for a new one.
We want to change who pays for our TEAM subscription in the hunting team.
To change who is the payer on a TEAM subscription, the person who is the current payer must first end that subscription. This will not affect the subscription period in any way, the subscription will just expire on upcoming renewal date but without automatic renewal for that personer. After that, the new payer needs to start a TEAM subscription for the hunting team before the period has expired.
To cancel the subscription:
- Log in to your Easyhunt account via the homepage: EasyHunt - Sign in
- Click on "Profile" in the top right corner.
- Select the "My hunting teams" tab
- Click on "Cancel your subscription here" next to the TEAM subscriptions.
The new payer then needs to sign up a new TEAM subscription. Steps to do this:
- Log in to your Easyhunt account via the homepage: EasyHunt - Sign in
- Click on "Buy" in the menu at the top of the website.
- Click on "More info & order" under TEAM
- You can choose which hunting team you want to order TEAM to by choosing it in the drop down menu at the top.
- Click on "Order today! >>>" and fill in the new payers information.
The new subscription will renew as soon as the recently terminated subscription has expired.
Can I transfer my ETRACK+ subscription to a new, different tracker?
Yes, you can move an active ETRACK+ subscription to another tracker. It may be time to do this if, for example, you have bought a new tracker.
Follow the steps below to move an ETRACK+ subscription from one tracker to another:
- Log in to your Easyhunt account via the homepage: EasyHunt - Sign in
- Click on "Profile" in the top right corner.
- Go to the "Dog Trackers" tab.
- Choose to delete your old eTrack tacker.
- You will then be asked what you want to do with your existing subscriptions.
- Choose "I want to move the remaining time of the ETRACK+ subscription to another eTrack dog tracker registered to me"
- Choose your new tracker.
- The ETRACK+ subscription is now transferred to your new tracker.
Can I transfer an ETRACK+ subscription to another user?
Yes, if you for example bought a new tracker and gave your old one away you can choose to make the existing subscription to transfer over to the new user.
Follow the steps below:
- Log in to your Easyhunt account via the homepage: EasyHunt - Sign in
- Click on "Profile" in the top right corner.
- Go to the "Dog Trackers" tab.
- Choose to delete your old eTrack tracker.
- You will then be asked what you want to do with your existing subscriptions.
- Välj "I have sold my eTrack dog tracker. The new owner will be able to use the remaining time for the tracker ETRACK+ subscription"
- Click on "Choose"
The new user then only needs to register your old track on their account and the ETRACK+ subscription will come with it.
