How to Activate a Specific Leg of my Flight Plan on the aera 795/796

When a flight plan is loaded in an aera® 795/796 aviation portable, and it is necessary to activate a particular leg of the flight plan, follow the steps below:

Activating a Flight Plan Leg:

1. Go to the Main Menu.
2. Touch the Active FPL icon.
3. While navigating an active flight plan, touch the endpoint of the leg to be activated.
4. Touch Direct-to twice. The "Activate Leg XXXXX-XXXXX?" window is displayed.
5. Touch Yes to activate. To cancel, touch No or Back.

The first leg of the flight plan that is loaded will activate, and the flight plan leg color on the moving map page will change from white to magenta.
