"No Detailed Maps" Message on a Honda Navigation System
See the troubleshooting below if your Honda Navigation System displays a "No Detailed Maps" message.
Error Message Appeared on its own Randomly (Not During or After an Update):
- Run through the full map update process.
- Contact Garmin Product Support if the issue continues.
Error Message Appeared After or During an Update:
- Ensure you are using a 16 GB Flash Drive.
- Format the USB Flash Drive, see: Formatting a USB Drive for a Honda Navigation System.
- Make sure you are using the latest version of Garmin Express, see: Updating the Garmin Express Application Software.
- Reinstall Map Update, see: Honda Navigation Map Update.
Use a different 16 GB USB flash drive if the steps above do not resolve the issue.
Contact Garmin Product Support if the issue persists after all troubleshooting.
