Android: Installation Error, Error Code 003

First, make sure you are running the latest version of the Navionics® Boating app.

1. Open the Google Play Store app.
2. At the top right, tap the profile icon.
3. Tap Manage apps & device and then Manage.
4. Find and tap the Navionics Boating app.
5. TIP: Apps with an update available are labeled "Update available."
6. Tap Update.

If you have updated your Navionics Boating app and you receive an Error 003 at startup, check your storage permissions for the app.

1. On your device, open the Settings app.
2. Tap Apps.
3. Tap the Navionics Boating app. If you cannot find it, tap See all apps.
4. Tap Permissions.
5. Select Allow for all app permissions.
