Calibrating a foot pod can improve the accuracy of speed and distance data. How the foot pod is calibrated will vary depending on what device you have the foot pod connected to. Most devices will automatically use GPS data recorded during outdoor runs to calibrate a connected foot pod, but some devices provide options for manually calibrating the foot pod.
