The Touchscreen on My Edge 830 Does Not Work
If the touchscreen on your Edge 830 is not responding to touch, ensure of the following:
- You have tried using the screen without wearing gloves.
- You have restarted the device by pressing the power button for 10 seconds.
If issues persist you will likely need to have the device replaced. You can request an exchange using the following tool: Garmin's Online Exchange for the Edge 830
